We accept checks or postal money orders denominated U.S. dollars as payment. Checks must be denominated U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Once you have fully submitted your order you can send payment to the address below.

Please be sure to write your email address on the check or money order so we may properly credit your account.

Checks must have a valid-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.

Paying by check and postal money order may delay shipping your items up to two weeks until the funds clear.

Delivery policy:

Please send a correct address as postal and delivery services cannot forward.
We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

Items ordered together may not be shipped together.

Return Policy:

We do not accept any return of items marked 'No returns & exchanges' in our online catalog.

ALL FOOD SALES ARE FINAL. No return or exchange is allowed on food products.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return any item for a full credit or refund(except shipping & handling fees) under any of the following circumstances;

1. Item was received damaged or defective

2. Incorrect item was shipped

Important: All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories in order for you to receive a full credit or refund.

We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error.

NOTE: We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

You can return items in 14 days, either mailing items back to:

or bring items back to any of five Nihon Shika Group office locations.

Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 14 days and an email confirmation will be sent.

If you have any questions regarding your return, please email to Customer Service at shop@nihonshikagroup.com. In your email, include your order number and the reason you want to return each item (choose one of the following):

A - Ordered the wrong item

B - Received an item that was not ordered

C - Item was damaged, defective, or missing parts

D - Other (please describe)

A customer service specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item(s).

Our customer service specialists are available 5 days a week.

Refund Policy:

Refunds cannot be processed at the time of merchandise return.

A refund check will be mailed within two weeks from the day we receive the returned items.

A refund will be credited to your credit card within 10 business days after we receive the returned items.
